Security

Each workspace has its own isolated storage, kept in a region close to you for fast access. End-user conversations are stored near the user to minimize latency and support regional data compliance.

We do not access or share any data unless required to by law, or with your permission to help resolve system problems. If Promptify service fails for any reason, back-ups of the data on our hosting provider Cloudflare can be used to get you back up and running again. We encrypt all data that goes between you and Promptify using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security) to protect your data in transit. All stored data is encrypted at rest on Cloudflare's global network.

Your API keys are stored with an additional layer of encryption and are never kept in plaintext. They are only decrypted at the point of use when making a request to your AI provider.

We use passwordless authentication as it is cited to be a safer alternative to password authentication. We support WebAuthn, Google and Microsoft OAuth, and email authentication.

Promptify does not store any credit card information. We use a first-class payment processor, Stripe, which is PCI-Compliant and maintains security best practices. You can read more about these here.

Enterprise plans include a 99.99% uptime SLA. Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare Workers, providing high availability across 300+ data centers worldwide.
