How long does it take to set up?
Installation takes minutes. Just add our embed script to your site. From there, you can start building and training your agent the same day. Most teams are testing live conversations within hours.
What counts as a "conversation"?
For billing purposes, you're only charged for active conversations. An active conversation is one that has at least one message during the current billing month. You're not charged for dormant threads.
What happens if I hit my limit?
We'll notify you at 90% and again at 100% of your limit. You can instantly add more conversations from your billing settings. No downtime, no disruptions.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly. Downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. Add extra conversations or seats whenever you need them. Your plan scales as you grow.
Can I cancel anytime?
