Invite your team to collaborate on managing conversations and content.

AdminManage team, knowledge sources, and assistant config
OperatorView conversations and respond to customers
  1. Navigate to Settings > Team in the dashboard.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter their email address and select a role.
  4. They’ll receive an email invitation to join.
  • Change role — update a member’s role from the team list.
  • Remove — remove a member from the workspace.
  • Leave — members can leave the workspace themselves.
