Invite your team to collaborate on managing conversations and content.
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access including billing and workspace deletion |
| Admin | Manage team, knowledge sources, and assistant config |
| Operator | View conversations and respond to customers |
Inviting members
Section titled “Inviting members”- Navigate to Settings > Team in the dashboard.
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter their email address and select a role.
- They’ll receive an email invitation to join.
Managing members
Section titled “Managing members”- Change role — update a member’s role from the team list.
- Remove — remove a member from the workspace.
- Leave — members can leave the workspace themselves.
