Billing
Each workspace has its own billing subscription. Only workspace owners can manage billing.
The billing page shows current usage across three categories:
- Seats — team member count vs. your plan limit.
- Active conversations — current conversations vs. your plan limit.
- Messages — messages sent vs. your plan limit.
Managing your subscription
Section titled “Managing your subscription”Promptify uses Stripe for payment processing. From the billing page you can:
- Subscribe — choose a plan from the pricing table.
- Manage — open the Stripe billing portal to update payment methods, switch plans, or cancel.
When a plan change is scheduled (downgrade or cancellation), a notice is displayed with the effective date.
Free trial
Section titled “Free trial”New workspaces start with a free trial. The billing page shows the trial end date and current usage.
