Account Profile

Your account profile controls how you appear to customers and teammates. Your name and avatar are shown next to messages you send in the inbox and in the team member list.

Avatar

Section titled “Avatar”

Click your avatar and select Upload from files to upload a custom image. If you’d rather use the default initial-based avatar, select Remove avatar.

Uploaded images are resized and optimized automatically. The maximum file size is 5 MB.

Multiple workspaces

Section titled “Multiple workspaces”

Your profile is per-workspace. If you belong to more than one workspace, you can set a different name and avatar in each. Switch between workspaces from the dropdown in the sidebar.
