Notes
Notes let you add custom text content to your knowledge base without needing a web page.
Creating a note
Section titled “Creating a note”- Navigate to AI > Notes in the dashboard.
- Click Add Source.
- Enter a name (max 50 characters) and write your content (max 1000 characters).
- Save the note, it will be indexed immediately.
Use cases
Section titled “Use cases”- FAQ answers that aren’t on your website.
- Internal policies or procedures for the assistant to reference.
- Product details or specifications.
- Custom responses for common questions.
Formatting
Section titled “Formatting”Notes are plain text. Write naturally, the AI assistant will understand and reference the content when relevant.
