Notes let you add custom text content to your knowledge base without needing a web page.

  1. Navigate to AI > Notes in the dashboard.
  2. Click Add Source.
  3. Enter a name (max 50 characters) and write your content (max 1000 characters).
  4. Save the note, it will be indexed immediately.
  • FAQ answers that aren’t on your website.
  • Internal policies or procedures for the assistant to reference.
  • Product details or specifications.
  • Custom responses for common questions.

Notes are plain text. Write naturally, the AI assistant will understand and reference the content when relevant.
