Inbox
The inbox is where you view and manage all customer conversations. It uses a three-panel layout with a conversation list, thread view, and user details panel.
Sections
Section titled “Sections”- Conversations — browse and navigate the conversation list.
- Thread view — read messages, monitor AI responses, and reply.
- Composer — rich text editor for writing replies.
- User details — view user information and recent activity.
Layout
Section titled “Layout”The inbox is split into three resizable panels. Drag the handles between panels to resize them. The details panel can be collapsed using the toggle button in the thread header. Your layout preferences are saved automatically.
Live updates
Section titled “Live updates”The inbox updates in real time. New messages appear instantly, typing indicators show when someone is composing a reply, and the conversation list reorders as activity happens. You do not need to refresh the page.
