After creating a workspace, the onboarding flow guides you through the essential setup steps.

Onboarding steps

1. Add a knowledge source — import your website or add text notes so the assistant has context to work with.
2. Configure your assistant — select an AI model and set the assistant’s name, tone, and instructions.
3. Install the messenger — copy the embed snippet and add it to your website.
4. Invite your team — add team members so they can manage conversations and content.
