Promptify integrates with AI providers to power your assistants.

Supported providers

• OpenAI — GPT-4o for chat, text-embedding-ada-002 for knowledge indexing.

Connecting OpenAI

1. Navigate to AI > Integrations in the dashboard.
2. Click Add Integration.
3. Enter your OpenAI API key. The key is validated by calling the OpenAI API and encrypted before storage.

Monitoring

Each integration card shows usage stats for the last 24 hours:

• Requests made
• Tokens consumed (input + output)
• Errors encountered (with a link to error logs)

An alert badge appears if the API key has expired or the integration has errors.
