Assistants are the AI personalities that interact with your customers. Each workspace can have one or more assistants.

Creating an assistant

1. Navigate to AI in the dashboard.
2. Click Create Assistant.
3. Configure the assistant’s name and greeting.

Configuration

Setting	Description
Avatar	Profile image shown to customers (stored as 256x256 WebP)
Name	Display name shown in conversations
Greeting	Message displayed when a user starts a new conversation
